The Craft
PVD stands for Physical Vapour Deposition — a process where a micron-thin layer of real 18-karat gold is bonded to the metal at a molecular level under extreme heat. Unlike standard gold plating, which sits on the surface and wears away, PVD fuses with the base material. The result is a finish that is 5 to 10 times more resistant to tarnish, sweat, and daily wear than conventional plating. It is the same technology used in surgical instruments and luxury watchmaking. We chose it because we refused to sell you something that looks beautiful for three months and then fades.

It is not marketing. Every Keyuraa piece is reviewed by our founder before it is approved for the collection. If a clasp does not sit correctly, if the finish has even a hairline inconsistency, it does not pass. We do not work with mass-production runs. This means our collection remains intentionally curated — and every piece that reaches you has already been held, worn, and approved by someone who cares whether you love it.
Yes. All our pieces are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, designed specifically for daily wear and sensitive skin. The PVD process seals the surface completely, creating a barrier that prevents any reactive metals from contacting your skin. If you have a known metal sensitivity and would like more detail on the specific alloy composition of a particular piece, write to us directly — we will share the full material specification.
Never. The entire reason Keyuraa exists is to prove that honest pricing and genuine quality can coexist. If a piece cannot meet our standard at a price we feel proud of, we do not make it. We would rather have a smaller collection that means something than a large one that disappoints you.
Care & Longevity
Your piece is built to be worn — not kept in a box. That said, a few habits will significantly extend its life. Put your jewellery on last — after perfume, skincare, and hairspray, as chemicals accelerate surface wear. Remove before swimming, particularly in chlorinated pools and the sea. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing. Store in the pouch or gift box it arrives in, away from other pieces that may scratch it. No ultrasonic cleaners. No harsh chemicals. That is genuinely all it takes.
That is precisely what it was made for. We designed every piece with the Indian woman's real life in mind — the commute, the meeting, the evening out. The PVD finish is specifically chosen because it withstands daily friction and humidity far better than alternatives. Wear it without guilt. That is the point.
PVD finishes are significantly more durable than standard plating, but no finish is eternal under heavy use. If your piece has dulled after extended daily wear, write to us. We assess each case individually. Depending on the nature of the wear, we will advise on a professional re-finish or replacement. We do not disappear after the sale — your relationship with your piece matters to us beyond the transaction.
Orders & Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of being placed. Standard delivery across India typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited options are available at checkout for time-sensitive occasions. You will receive a tracking link the moment your order leaves us — we do not leave you without information.
Before your order is sealed and dispatched, it is physically inspected — the clasp is tested, the finish is examined, and the piece is confirmed against your order. If anything does not meet the standard, it is held and replaced. This step is non-negotiable at Keyuraa. We will delay a shipment before we send you something imperfect.

Gifting
Yes — and we take this seriously. Write to us with a few details: who she is, what the occasion means, and any sense of her style. We will suggest pieces personally. We do not send automated gift guides. We help you find the one thing that will make her feel seen.
Yes. At checkout, you may add a handwritten-style message card that will be placed inside the gift box. Keep it as long or as brief as you like — we will make sure it is presented beautifully. If you are sending directly to the recipient, the invoice is excluded from the package so the price remains between you.
Absolutely. Our pieces are designed to carry weight — emotionally and aesthetically. Many of our customers choose Keyuraa specifically for milestone moments: a mother gifting her daughter, a best friend marking something real, a woman buying herself something she has been waiting to own. The craftsmanship and presentation are built for occasions that matter. If you have a specific event in mind and want to be certain of delivery timing, contact us before ordering.
Returns & Repairs
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for pieces that arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect. Because every piece is inspected before dispatch, returns for change of mind are not accepted — this is not to be inflexible, but because our process ensures that what arrives is exactly what was shown. If your piece arrives and something is wrong, photograph it and write to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will make it right.
Write to us. We assess each case on its own terms — we do not have a blanket policy designed to make your problem disappear. If the issue is a result of a manufacturing fault, we repair or replace at no cost to you. If it is the result of accidental damage, we will work with you on a fair resolution. We would rather have a customer who trusts us than a clause that protects us.
Directly. Every message to Keyuraa is read and responded to by a real person — not a template, not a chatbot. You can reach us via the contact page on our website or through our DMs on Instagram. We typically respond within 24 hours, often sooner. There is no ticket number here. Just a conversation.
